How long will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed up to 3 business days to be ready for delivery. We ship every Monday and Thursday excluding national holidays in Singapore. If it falls on holidays, we will ship out the next business day.
If we are away for personal reason and unable to ship your order, we will update on the announcement bar at the top of the website or Instagram (@twoofusco).
Local orders will be delivered within 2 – 4 business days after it has been handover to courier while international orders normally takes 7 to 15 business days, tracking number will be given for you to track your orders.
If you did not receive an email or sms from us about your order being shipped, please send us a message through the live chat (bottom right of the website) or DM on Instagram (@twoofusco) and we will reply within 12 hours.
What is Open Box?
Open box allows you to keep your items with us with no restrictions and additional cost, you may combine with different sales before deciding to ship them. This helps to save packaging and shipping fee!

Can I exchange or return my order?
Claims or orders made will be final, no refunds, exchanges or returns for all purchases. If your item appears faulty or an incorrect order upon delivery, please DM us on Instagram (@twoofusco) and include order number and photos of the product within 24 hours of delivery date, in order for us to process the issue. Should there be any refund, store credits (not including the shipping fee) will be given based on case by case basis.
Why are my item(s) in recycled paper bag?
Because we save the Earth! But rest assured, your order will be packed safely and secured with bubble wraps.
How do I get twoofusco’s tote bag?
You can purchase the tote bags over Our Brand. Alternatively, with purchase of minimum order S$100 (small sized tote bag).
If you do not want the tote bag, kindly let us know in advance by sending us a DM on Instagram (@twoofusco).
How do I return bubble wrap, parcel box, tote bag etc?
Firstly, we would like to thank you for thinking of us! You may drop off at our self collection point.
